Try to make the mouth not so frowny and maybe tilt the yes a little (outer edges slightly upward).
Nose is also too pointed/sharp on the tip so maybe make the tip larger and tilt it very slightly down.

I believe it has something to do with the way the character creator works. The creator is based on modifying a default face, and BB has a better default face so all faces turn out better in general.

I spent at least 3 hours in Dark Souls 3's character creation the end result was horrific. I had to go look up sliders to even get anything remotely attractive, and even then, it wasn't as good as my Bloodborne character that I made from scratch.
