I didn't like Xen as much as Black Mesa but I never disliked it, either. Thought it was a good finale for the game.

I thought the actual environments were cool but I'm not a fan of platforming in FPS, although I still don't see why people hate Xen so much because it wasn't even the hardest platform segment in Half Life. My only complaint about it is that they could have added in more details to make it seem "alive". Those trees that stab you when you walk past and the lamp flowers were pretty good but they should have added more.
