What went wrong?
>This board has been so overrun with anti-intellectual highschoolers that they can't even appreciate Bioshock Infinite

Making a half-assed arena shooter with tons of cut content and a shoddy story with no continuity, then labeling it as part of a franchise for no reason.

Gameplay gets tedious towards the end and the narrative really jumps the shark when Elizabeth and Booker begin jumping into alternate dimensions. I would have really preferred if it was more grounded but I guess because Bioshock 1 had a big twist Irrational was forced into making an even bigger twist.
Game was pretty good overall, I just don't feel compelled to play through it all again.

Nothing, I enjoyed it
Pretty much everything.
There is no element of this game that isn't half baked or outright bad.
I guess the music's alright, but this game is easily the worst thing I've ever bothered to finish.

Constants and variables.
I thought it had pretty good atmosphere sort of. The ending gave me some feels.

>Nothing went wrong
You mean what went right OP

Gameplay is worse, gunplay is the same but theres no exotic weapons this time around. Less plasmids and almost no passive tonics, only 3 slots, no hacking, no invisibility, etc.
The story is a mess and starts falling down halfway trough thanks to the inclusion of multiple universes, a lot of unskippable cinematics too, making replays duller.
The soundtrack and visuals are on point but so were in every other Shock game.
By itself is a decent forgettable FPS but as a Bioshock game looks pretty bad by comparison.

Most things
The scenery was nice though!
Shame it doesn't make up for the awful gameplay,
