In casual conversation he's strangely eloquent. My biggest problem with Yahtzee is that it's literally impossible to tell if he likes a game or not unless he outright states that he does.
I remember his Bayonetta and FTL reviews made it sound like he hated the games and when people started trying to call him out he had to go back and rephrase things because he forgot actually tell his opinion on the game itself at least once before going onto a 3-5 minute rant about any minute detail he could find that was an error.
Not to mention he's extremely hypocritical at times. I know his whole gimmick is being cynical but that loses it's touch if his cynicism is dictated by anything other than itself.

He started his shit as a way to ward off people from bad retro games and it started turning into a nice sum of cash and entertainment for him and within a few months of his life it spiraled into something bigger than he could have handled.
