MGSV after I gave it a chance. I like the gameplay but it gets so repetitive, and usually the story of a game doesn't put me off but damn does it just shit the bed. It's so incoherent that skull face literally told it to me and it only left me more confused. I dropped it as soon as chapter 2 happened and had a friend tell me the twist ending. It sounds completely unappealing, wtf kojima. He fell into the writing trap of having a twist ending that not only serves no purpose, but just flat out makes what I did as a player irrelevant. Dropped.

I'm pretty sure I didn't finish the final chapter of FE7 because of Nils being underleveled and not particularly enjoying boss rushes in a strategy game.
I know Athos can carry you through it, but I have 0 fun dealing with bosses in a strategy game because of how hard they outmatch your units and the advantages they usually get. I understand that you have all of your units and there's usually only one or two bosses and that's fine, but several made it unenjoyable and I couldn't be bothered.
