Air is A LOT like water, being able to control wind speeds etc makes you also to be able to make lighting rain, other shit. Fire is complete shit, if you classify fire as energy than yeah this would be pretty top tier as fuck. But it usually isn't so your powers pretty much amount to killing everybody along with yourself or being shit. Has considerably less potential than the others if this is just considered fire.
