Most of them seem harmless enough but all it takes is a precedent. Intellectual property is sacred before all and stealing data is seen as a terrible offense.
Your typical citizen willingly gives all of his personal life away for the sake of convenience. Gigantic faceless corporations gather, cross-analyse and exploit said data for their own profit. If you do not partake, you are looked down upon and people think you're an outcast.
Machines are starting to learn, gather more data, from this data ever more performing algorithms are created. We're on the brink of a huge change, one that will dwarf the industrial revolution. Most people aren't aware or are just too carefree to even notice, but some do, and the future belongs to them.
Our world is already pretty damn cyberpunk already tbf and it's only starting.

Computers are fast. Faster than you could ever hope to be. They will perform any computational task better and faster than any human could - and that's any task, since all arts and crafts can be abstracted into syntax.
But they're stupid. They will only perform the exact tasks you have programmed them to do. Logging away basic pattern recognition is not intelligence, and the most we will ever reach is a reasonable facsimile.
Perhaps an outstanding facsimile. Perhaps even terrifying for those prone to existential crisis's.

Deep blue is an entirely different process, it's comparing two different paradigms, raw processing power vs machine learning. The first scales linearly the second scales exponentially. They're fixing the stupid problem.

This is I think the most realistic cause for concern with regards to AI automation. The economy will absolutely break, and I don't think it will be resolved gracefully.
