Yes, I do. Its been a common issue since DS1. The problem is that the DS client is uncertain which of your processors to use for graphics, and has so far been solved, by going to your GPU's settings, be in Nvidia control panel or CCC for AMD - you must change the settings of DS3 from whatever processor it is currently using, unto another one, even if it is from your GPU to your CPU.
Once you have done this, boot DS3 again, at which point it should work, VERY slowly.
Exit DS3 and change the settings back to your main video processor, and reboot DS3. The game should now launch properly, with full power from the GPU.
