Oh there's plenty of those already but I tend to ignore them. For instance the P90 model in CS:GO has no way for the 5.7x28mm rounds from the Horizontal magazine to feed into the gun's action, so I'm assuming they teleport there.
Also the M4 Xray skin has no auto-sear, so you're not firing full-auto, just pulling the trigger really fast. In terms of actual weapon performance it will never be realistic because of game balance. Just like how in most military shooters they refer to all rifles as "assault rifles" besides those that are select fire and chambered in an intermediate caliber.
Division has some serious fuck ups as well, in no way does a heavier magazine spring increase fire rate. Though since it's a product of France I'll give em a pass because French rifles always come with a tag that says "Dropped once, never fired".

The game had a lot of options sure, but most of them were shit. How many people actually play it?
I remember be and 2 or 3 friends playing it for a weeks before the matches devolved into waves of spikey-blue deathballs. That was loadout's fatal flaw for me, the vast majority of combinations were worthless and there was little reason to deviate from certain builds if you actually wanted to win.

She's kind of played off as a Mary Sue parody at first, but then pic related happens because she fucks around too much.
