I beat the Abyss Watchers.
Hell, I did it after 10-15 goes unembered. (I ran out of embers)
All you need to do, is survive long enough in the first phase for the third guy to come out, then hang back and let them fight each other,being aware that if they die he will come for you, and sometimes he'll ignore them fighting each other and come for you anyway.
Otherwise, you need to block his attacks with your shield, (Or just walk in blocking at the end of his flurry), and then counter with a couple of hits and move away.
Second form, you just need to keep dodging until he's exposed from behind/the sides, get a whack or two in and Jeep your distance,since he'll start up again really quickly and catch you off guard.
I'm not even good at videogames and I still managed it.

Andros's isn't even hard.
What you do is go for the eyes straight away, then target the hand when he rubs his eye.
Then you need to keep shooting him. If he sucks the air launch a bomb into his mouth.
If you don't have a bomb, brake, and then when he spits rocks out shoot the rocks to get a bomb.
When he goes all robot you just have to shoot him rapidly till he dies.
Simple.

Maybe try Pontiff or Nameless king, but abyss watchers can be backstabbed and parried, and they even fight each other. Pontiff can be parried as well, but he is much more aggressive. Abyss watchers was a cool fight though, in my opinion.

If anything true andross is harder, if only because he teleports everywhere like a motherfucker, and tries to get you stuck in his tentacles, so it's hard to get behind him to shoot the back of his brain.
The escape sequence is pretty tough too. You gave to be really quick and precise.
