Is there mod to make the car handeling 'better' ?
Also I'm playing on a toaster and getting this 'flickering' in the background stuff, like buildings and etc. What setting to turn up to lose it?

As for the handling,I assume V also has a handling.cfg (the file which has the handling "coordinates"),so you could search for a mod that slightly changes it in the way you like it.

In the distance (not near charecter or car) there are these white spots (or lines) that flicker. Really annoying. Can't look at them directly.

Fps is ok for me. Only problem is the flickering. Wondring what fixes that cause even with my toaster there is playing room cause I'm playing at 720p.
