The refund is from overpaying. It's money you shouldn't have paid. You pay some income tax (which is fucking horse shit and pays to keep niggers and spics alive), but if you pay too much you get it back later. It's better to pay the minimum and keep money in the bank than give it to uncle sam to make interest off of and give back later.

You're not including a high refresh monitor, an actually good mechanical keyboard, a mouse built for gaming, high wattage (and quality certified) power supply, at least two top line graphic cards (not doubling up pretty much makes you irrelevant), a motherboard and heatsink, then there's the aluminum mousepad to consider. And never forget a high range surround sound card and gaming chair.
