Unpunishable? Bro, go cast speed build or use a heavy weapon. You can either pancake them with a hammer or feed them some chaos fire. Everytime people estus I get free kills.
As for rolling, use a thrust weapon to hit them as they come out of the rolls, pretty easy to kill roll spammers. Or if you prefer a GS, dead angle it. Again, quite easy to punish.
You're obviously new to the series if you don't know how to deal with roll spam but don't worry anon, you'll gitgud with practice.

most retail doesn't really cut it, but I have a job that earns me decent wage plus good commission on everything I sell.
I end up with a decent place to live, lots of extra cash for vidya or whatever else I want, and still plenty of spare time to enjoy it.
