Well they hinted at the date when they said they're doing something for the 20th anniversary of the series which is September 20th 2016.
We're about 5 months away from that date and Atlus JP usually states the release dates about 4 to 6 months ahead of time. Also since Persona 5 is absent from Sonys latest PS4 lineup trailer but Tales of Berseria is not it is safe to assume it won't be out before that game
