Fighting him is the MOST fun. Come on now. He has a lot of the same moves you do, so you already know exactly how he fights. He's not that difficult compared to some of the other stuff the game has already thrown at you at that point.

you just have to be on the offensive so he doesn't do his cloning deal and leg sweep his shit constantly so that you get a window to use charge moves on his ass
and worst case scenario, the map is full of areas you can corner and cheese him in

Yeah but sensei is straight up bullshit. The move where he summons his clones is incredibly stupid. You can't up-dodge their attacks, they gang up and surround you, and they out range you. Yes you can use the pots and umbrella, but sensei has no cap on the amount of times he can use that attack. The only efficient ways to kill the clones are head slicer, or god hand, so you're screwed if you don't have orbs or enough meter, or are doing a kms/not overusing the god hand run.
The worst part is that sensei can use the move at really any distance. If you're up close, and he steps back from an attack or goes into rage and backflips, he can immediately follow up with the move afterwards, AND it can't be interuptted.
The boss would have been great if that move wasn't so bullshit.
