It's been a long time since I played it so I forgot which trinity did what, but yeah, here's what each trinity does:
Blue: Jump Trinity - shake loose object
Red: Charge Trinity - ram into near object
Green: Ladder Trinity - summon ladder
Yellow: Push Trinity - pushing near object
White: Detect Trinity - finding items
