So my friend suggested P4G when I got my Vita last October. It happened to come on the same day that I got a serious work related injury (my shoulder still bugs me, gonna have to see a doc soon) so I played a lot.

Due to life problems, gaming had become super not fun but Persona 4 was incredibly engrossing, I couldn't put it down. Totally renewed my love for vidya and why I used to like it.

Play Nocturne and DDS series; they will get you acquainted with the Press Turn system 4 uses. You can turn 4 turns into 8 if you know how to get crits and exploit weaknesses. P3 and 4 only had the once more system which is a watered down press turn system.

Fan-translators seem to be bitches for the most part. Well, the ones I've spoken with in hentai scanlation are generally pretty chill, it's other scanlation scenes that seem bad. Well, I'll play it after I finish the first SMT or two, so the light-hearted slice of life style will probably be a nice change by then. It does seem to be pretty much the opposite of the first game in terms of atmosphere. I love me some dark fiction, but light hearted stuff is fun too.

its the same as p3 except with party control, knockdown system being better, and streamlined physical. it is easier no doubt but the new variety in dungeons and music makes up for the easier difficulty. although kanji and mitsuo dungeons have some hard bosses, everything after that is pretty simple though. maybe heaven boss can kill you if youre not prepared
