Is anyone having really unreliable FPS in DS3? My FPS is constantly shifting from 1-60 all the time, it was okay when I first started playing but it's pretty much unplayable now.
See picture for system specs, my graphics card is a Nvidia GTX 970

Exact same build as you and yes, the fps is all over the place, maybe averaging about 45 - 55 with fairly frequent drops to the 30s. It also shits the bed for a second or two on most autosaves. The lack of consistency is definitely a pretty big annoyance.
It's entirely the CPU i'm sure, changing the graphics options barely gains me any fps. Why the game needs such a beefy CPU I have no fucking clue.

Yeah thought the CPU might be the issue. It's recommended an i7 but I thought that was a bit much, obviously not though.
Turning the graphics down pretty much has no impact on the FPS at all for me either. Tempted to put the game on hold till I can get a better CPU
