Bullet hell games are a subset of shmups. Generally they focus on the player dodging a shit ton of bullets at all times. Play a game by Cave for an example.
Super Aleste/Space Megaforce for SNES is a shooter and I'm guessing that's what you mean considering your pic. It's the best you'll get on the system.

Exceed 3rd has amazing music but the game itself is pretty generic. ESCHATOS has a god tier soundtrack and is a really fun game. Raiden 4, Mushihimesama and Deathsmiles obviously. Jamestown too I guess.

It is a good game but the novice modes are shit and the arcade modes are way too big of a difficulty spike. Mushihimesama's a better starting point if you want to play some bullet hell games. Alltynex Second and KAMUI are great and beginner friendly if you just want any shmup.

Cho Ren Sha 68K, Hellsinker and Final Boss: Raw Label are all good and have awesome OSTs.
CRS and Final Boss are freeware. Hellsinker is easy to find a download link for and has a translation patch available.
