People started having race wars because of the previous character change and now they'll interact with each other differently based of gender. It's meant to increase the chances of people using balaclavas and face masks to rob people so they can't be as easily identified. I mean, actually it kind of does. I don't know if you've played Rust recently, but the playerbase are running full-scale race and gender turf wars. For the purpose of the 'role-playing' the Rust community likes to do, gender and race definitely matters (and actually, the randomisation makes the game far funnier to engage in).
