I was 83 when i beat him, so you're pretty low level compared to me...but I have no idea if it's actually low for this fight. It can still be done I'm sure, just learn his moves and he's really not that hard to dodge, other than his giant fiery chain combo bullshit he does at his 2nd phase. Everything above the purple things looks almost exactly like a tenga fliphole, pretty weird looking flashlight. Onaholes from non-japanese companies are shit btw.
Because I found this boss retardedly hard for some reason the way I finally beat him was, in the first phase, roll then get 1 hit in. It's not worth it to try and get more in because considering you are a low SL like me you will get fucking rekt by one of his attacks. You have to be on the look out for his 3 hit combo in the first phase when you get the feeling down of when he will perform this you'll be gucci. When he changes phases to mage this is where you can get big damage in, he'll normally set up those hovering crystals and then shoot a soul arrow; roll that shit, get behind him that's an easy 2 - 3 hits in. When he does the kamehameha attack you can get some easy damage in, The lance phase is actually great for getting damage in too. You can roll his attacks so easily and get big damage. When he's in pyromancer phase just run away from that shit, if you're feeling lucky when he goes to buff himself (be careful that the fire isn't an attack because he has a buff and attack that look similar) you can get some good hits in.
That's pretty much phase one then for phase two, I was getting very paranoid about when he was gonna do that combo that you can't get out of if he hits you so I'd get an attack or 2 in then run away wait for the combo then go back in and repeat that process.

Friendly tip: I had a bit of trouble on this guy, but learned his patterns, and most importantly learned that Lance and Magic phase are the phases where you can hug him and just go fucking nuts on him as long as you're smart and avoid his shit. Those 2 phases he's slow as hell.
You just gotta git gud on his 2nd form. When he starts winding up for that big attack, start rolling the fuck out of there, and be very patient.

Did it at 60, but i had to play very conservative and only do roll attacks at the end of combos or after slow attacks.
I mostly avoided him when he had the curved sword.
Are you taking advantage of him when he has the spear? Are you just strafing to his left? Real easy to get hits on him that way.
