Well its not exclusively her but you can play as this qt in YS7.You need to progress pretty far in-game to get her though and she basically swaps with another character to become playable.

Monster Hunter series. Literally any of them. Make a girl, slap a greatsword/hammer/switchaxe/gunlance on her and go nuts.
For some reason Metallia uses a giant sword. But you can only play her for a short amount of time as kind of powerup.
