Try Wargame Red Dragon, best multiplayer RTS gfame right now, community is still vert active. And APM in it is not as important as strategy and tactics, one tank in right place could turn the tide of battle

I've tried multiple times to get into Wargame. Just can't get into the spread sheets of units. I know for the most part everything is kind of the same with minor differences, but I hate seeing something on the map and not knowing exactly what it is without having to check the armory.

I get that story in SC2 sucks because of Hackzen, but gameplay in this game is great.
Also CoH2 isn't shit too, it just needs some balance refinements in order to become as good as CoH1.

Honestly most games boil down to mini bot rush, but the full on planetary wars are awesome with endless nuke and dropship fights. Turns into a true battle of attrition. But again Jew developers deserve no quarter.
Ground Control/Ground Control II should be added to the image. Historically relevant and very easy to pick up and play. Don't say it can't be on there because there's no base building, when shit like DEFCON and Dawn of War are on it.
