Max out body damage/health/regen/movement and run into niggas.
Every class feels so impotent, it's ridiculous. Just spent like 5 minutes doing a destroyer-destroyer duel, and it didn't end until we collided. I guess he had more HP than me. Before that I spent ages trying to take down an overlord, but neither of us could land any damage until someone else sandwiched him.
No one can chase due to recoil. No one can get close to each other at all, cause you can't move fast enough to dodge anything. Everything just feels so dulled down from what you expect it to be.

You can get very far ahead if you do this build and kill everyone leveling on the pentagon fields.
As long as recoil exists, runners will have an advantage over chasers.

Penetration does the same thing, in fact it does more.
Bullets use up penetration points as it travels through objects, so when you hit a square with penetration of 2, you hit it twice effectively killing squares in a single shot.
If you have penetration of 5, you hit the blue pentagons 5 times. Now when you add bullet damage you'll hit the pentagons 5 times the extra bullet damage.
MULTIPLIERS, NIGGERS. ITS NOT HARD.

So, how do we fix this game?
- Replace all stats with the following

- Spawn powerful NPC enemies to swarm high-level players hanging out in low-level areas too long to either take away all farming items or kill low-levels.
- Consequently, add more areas for different tiers of players
- Way more npc enemies to encourage some form cooperative play
