Why did they take down 101 Player Mario Kart? ;_;
I never even got to see it. Can someone red pill me on what it was about and why Nintendo C&D'd it?

It's literally fucking nothing.
It was just an edited video with a 100 other video game characters playing, even had a GTA character come and steal marios kart. Probably just went against what Nintendo wanted their franchise to be shown as.

untrue, because free speech is only real in the street or if you use your own server. Fat chance, you use Youtube that decide what you put on it no matter what law. Cause it's private.

Fair use has nothing to do with free speech. YT also doesn't really decide until the application notice, they takedown first and only take action during the dispute, if there's any. Youtube can also be sued for not complying to their rules under California's law. But that only if we assume the video is fair use, which I think it is, since it a parody with loads of original content.
