With official legacy WoW servers all but confirmed at this point, what what class/race are you planning on playing? Would you more like to see servers than gradually progress through the expansions and content patches, or dedicated servers for vanilla/BC/wotlk?

Doing so would essentially be them admitting that modern WoW is a pile of shit (which it is).

You do realize a similar thing has already happened right? Runescape was slowly dying after the eoc update as older players didn't like it. I would say the player base was a bit more vocal about it though so eventually they listened to players and brought in osrs which are legacy servers alongside rs3. They also brought in legacy mode in rs3 to make it similar to old school.

I don't know about Runescape, but I know the people now in charge of WoW are adamant about defending all their new shitty design philosophy as best thing ever, and they are unable to admit their mistakes. Look at class halls, literally garrison facebook tables 2.0, when almost all players loathe them.
The only time WoW ever did something similar was when they put in flying again, but then taking it out in the first place was a huge mistake as nobody except a tiny vocal minority of PvP-shitters were crying about flying.
