Mistral is the hardest boss to nodamage. If you already have her weapon then do a spinning attack, otherwise just slash while running.
Grenades work pretty well if you have those.

Pparry is also very effective on VH and you don't die in two hits. It's much easier to fight multiple mastifs on very hard than on revengeance for example. Or that double Grad fight.
