Characters with command grabs are scary in general. I think the biggest problem is people don't know when to block and when to push buttons. Space her out properly and she'll have a hard time getting her game plan started.
If she does get her pressure going, make use of v reversal. Very useful when they like their mp a little too much
Karen's are frauds easy.
