I don't regret having bought and played through Neptunia Re;Birth, because it gave me firsthand experience with the franchise.
It's shit, though. The story is bad, the character interactions are decent at best but spread so thinly that they're not worth it, the battle system isn't even on par with SNES-era JRPGs, and the dungeons aren't even worth mentioning.
