If you are talking about combos, you want to cancel your first move into the second one. It is usually one after another - once you see that the first move has connected press the second button of the combo

It's Re-Act FINAL TUNED, not normal re-act. It doesn't just work like that though.
You need to download the original MB, install it, then download Re-Act FT and install it(they should be installed in the same folder).
You can't install Re-Act FT alone.
You need to have knowledge of Tsukihime, +Disc and Kagetsu Tohya.
