No, I admit there's no excuse. More Indians have cell phones than toilets, given that a high % of them are smartphones because internet is indispensable to them for a lot of everyday tasks, they should have access to the information about proper sanitation. There's a lack of effort to change things happening somewhere, and I think the government could be that force for change if they tried harder.
