If I beat main game Skyrim 100% when it first launched, is it worth it to get this and play the dlc?

Maybe. I bought it after playing vanilla but everytime I get to lvl ~30 I just get bored and drop it, even before trying the dlcs.
On PC, yes, because you're going to need a ton of mods.

Dawnguard and Dragonborn are the best parts of skyrim, but as somebody who has played it on ps3, let me tell you that it's just flat out better on the pc. Shit freezes up after your file size gets too large.

The dragonbrn DLC was, in my opinion, the best part of the game; and I say that as someone who spent way too much time playing the base game than I should have.
Dawnguard was alright. Nothing too spectacular, but also not overly bland either. It added some unique locations and made being a vampire or werewolf more interesting.
Hearth Fire is comfy as all fuck. A million mods have done the comfy aspect better though. But if you're on console or don't want to mod/aren't interested in modding then Hearth Fire is the coziest you'll get playing the game.

What are these mods that are more comfy than Hearthfire? Sure, there's tons of housing mods, but I can't find any that beat Hearthfire at trying to integrate it into the gameplay in a meaningful way.

sure, the DLC are pretty good, dragonborn has an interesting antagonist, you get to deal a bit more with daedra, and its pretty fun all around. Dawnguard is a bit more bland, but it adds some really nice locations, a bit lore on falmer and the ideal masters and is decent, hearthfire is meh
