I'm sure there are a few hacks, but you can play as jacket dio if you look up an arcade version (there are some for online playing, don't have to download shit) Press enter + heavy attack, it will cycle characters, including jacket DIO, he only has a single standing move, that weird roundhouse kick, and the normal supers. I also noticed that he has a custom stance when the time stop ends

Dreamcast version has both Jojo's Venture and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, so it's alright. I think it's a 1:1 of the arcade version, but the playstation version has the Super Story, so keep that in mind.

what do you think of the OP? While it's not as hype as SONO CHI NO SADAME JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOJO I think it fits DiU pretty well and I get the feeling more will slowly be added to it (more characters at the beginning part, Echoes, etc.

When a Stand is awakened, it's basically hard copied to your body. If you survive the awakening, and have the strength of will to call upon it, you will have a Stand. Holly couldn't call on her Stand despite surviving it because she was not strong enough to control it (just like the situation with Cheap Trick) but Josuke survived the fever from Crazy Diamond awakening, and had the strength of will to control it (Josuke is kind hearted, but has a nightmarish wrath which he inherited from his mother) Its just like with Koichi. He had the potential to be a Stand user buried beneath his personality, which is why it was in an egg and why he didn't instantly die from being stabbed by the arrow. When he finally overcame his own personality to awaken his fighting spirit, his Stand fully awoke.

One interesting thing I remember is that Shadow Dio is now really really up there. I vaguely remember there was some glitch semi-recently discovered that allowed nullifying pushblock to be even easier for most of the cast than before, which made characters like Shadow Dio a lot more dangerous
