I havent watch the new seasons but heres what i think:
Season 1: Rough around the edges, poor introduction to new viewers. Still has great moments and is more enjoyable when you're already familiar with characters/concept
Season 2: Out of the first 5 seasons, this one is the best. Comedy gold.
Season 3: First episode is one of the best in the first 5 seasons. Drop in quality as the season goes on, characters starting to become sort of parodies of themselves, more contrived plot devices, but still enjoyable
Season 4: Trash. Completely lost sight of what made the show great. Incredibly contrived plot devices and relies on unfunny over the top gimmicks like bubbles wrestling, Conky (awful) and owning a pet lion. Feels like a fever dream the season was so awful. Only good moments come out of Ricky who is consistently funny throughout the whole show.
Season 5: Pretty great. Return to form. Terry and Dennis are hilarious additions to the cast. Feels like TPB again.
Havent watched beyond season 5.

The whole "oh let's have real life celebrities on the show for the majority of the season and have them contribute absolutely nothing to the show" thing really dragged the newest season down.
There were like, two or three good episodes.
The rest was all bullshit.
