probably not going off of kojipro's new logo and this concept art, which I feel would both be inspired by the game he's making. All Kojima games do have a horror-esque level or atmosphere to them, even if they're not horror themselves.
Almost definitely certain its gonna me a scifi action game featuring mechas to some extent.

I saw the tweet, he didn't say anything, it's just a drawing that Shinwaka made with the new year's festivities in mind, nothing else was mentioned.
My point is that we haven't seen anything about the game yet. Kojima's only shown us pictures of the mocap they're doing, and even then he didn't show who's getting mocaped. And please stop with 'epic kojima roose' meme, it's fucking disgusting, we'll probably see something about the game in this year's E3, which I have no doubts that it will be pretty fucking rad, but we wont see anything before that, unless someone breaks into the new KojiPro studios and steals some files.
