Fatties are only rare in the parts of the world that wouldn't have heavy penetration of internet access. Most places with well developed communications infrastructure have higher percentages of overweight/obese people.
I'd be willing to give you 60/40 fatties/skellies, though, and I'd put $10 on it literally being that extreme with only portions of percentages in between.
