I think you can count that because it's probably 3 times at the very most.
The game has reused assets out the ass, the same problems das 2 has with lots of giant humanoid bosses (scratch that, it's even worse, EVERY humanoid enemy is a giant with the exception of very few non respawning enemies) and non connected levels, and this time the levels have no variety they have the same horrible repetitive design from bloodborne, the game plays like a sped up das 1 to make it play like BB, poise is still fucked, only effective on hyper armor(certain moves) and weapon arts is a useless gimmick.
Magic has never been this unbalanced (it's borderline useless) and on top of that it takes estus slots yo refill, damage reductions has some dumb system that you can wear ANYTHING to get a flat damage reduction as long ad you have that slot occupied and are not naked, the stats on the armor are just minimal increments, so a dude with shitty starting clot will have very similar DR compared to a dude in havel.
Weight system is straight up inferior to das 2, in das 2 up until 70% you fast roll, but you get a stamina recovery malus the more you approach the cap and your roll shortens considerably, not only in das 3 your roll is nearly the same approaching 70% but there is no stamina malus system in place, everyone will load at 69% because there are no downsides to it.
Th3 game is just a mess, except for very few bosses it's extremely easy and the enemies are just repetitive and look pulled straight out of bloodborne, hell they have fucking giant humanoid bosses acting like beasts, why not just use a monster instead?

the biggest complaint is the new mounting mechanic. it's a fucking joke and completely fucks up the core game play by scattering ledges everywhere for it. anyone who played using the few invincibility frames when dodge rolling quickly found out how retarded of an idea that was and fucks up the entire meta the game is widely known for.
other than that, there's absolutely no semblance of weapon balance. the two new weapons make everything piss easy and solo kill anything within minutes. there's so many tools and options with them they're improved versions of already existing weapons and make the rest of them completely obsolete. hell, they give you new options to dodge and block monster attacks on already hindered hit boxes, basically the game is too fucking easy and nobody but the most crapcom cum gargling retards kept interest after finishing the final big blue monster quest
