I really just play Roy because he is falls a lot faster than Marth, has quite a few things he can do from down tilt, and his smash attacks all around do good amounts of damage. Maybe I'm a bias fuck since I played Roy as a teen instead of Marth, but either way I have my reasons. I'll try revisiting Marth later on this year, but not now since I unironically want to improve my Roy game for the time being.

For Falco you just stay mid range, and you then control the pace of the match. Fox and Sheik you can just do whatever you want to slow things down. You aren't forced to approach just because they charge needles or shdl, you can just dd around longrange and test the waters with platform movement or advancing dd before doing any commitment.

Chu and Fly can work without wobbling. Wobbles on the other hand has never accomplished anything without it, his hand-off gimmicks are nothing more than that. More flash than substance that wouldn't get him anywhere if he hadn't wobbled his way through the first 2-3 stocks in the match

You don't need to powershield, a shield works fine at that range. Falco doesn't have tons of momentum so if you space it correctly it doesn't even matter if you take a few percent, he won't be able to follow up with nair. Empty hopping is fine too, you can just wait for a mistake at that range, or even go for a dash attack since it goes under a lot of the height for lasers. I love being midrange vs Falco because if they slightly space 1 thing wrong, you can just kill them. If they don't fuck up, it's still ok as long as you keep your shield high. You can just keep tomahawking to condition or regain a little shield.
The thing you need to realize is it's ok to take damage. It's fine if you take 3 or 10 or 20, the important thing is the pressure you put with your spacing. That and your punishes need to be immaculate, otherwise Falcos will run all over you.

It's a problem everyone faces, and a lot of the problem is overextending. Just work on chaingrabs and combos in 20XX, the random DI helps a ton.

Your punishes are better the shorter they are. tThe only thing you need to do is put Falco offstage then edgeguard, so ending it early with an FSmash is ideal. If you start throwing out UAirs you're just going to put your opponents in Marth's gray area, where they're too high to be combo'd and too low for any follow ups
