From my own experience and this benchmark it maintains 60fps most of the time.

May I suggest spending the extra money and getting an intel i5 6500 or a i5 4590. I have an AMD and I regret not buying Intel. I normally always go AMD but they are just to far behind until Zen comes out.
Also, spend a bit more and get at least a 250gb SSD. You need to leave 25% free for optimal drive speeds.
You're already spending a good amount of money, so you might as well save a bit more.
