Dark Messiah, as it isn't in any way a Might and Magic game. Ideally no tie-ins because they are cancer, and I don't care about popularity if it is guaranteed quality and being made. I would add the caveat that to be truly good the story needs to become good as well. Shadow of the Colossus would be a tempting second choice.
I'd kill literally any JRPG because they are all cancer, but let's just say Final Fantasy and Persona for maximum butthurt.
