I really liked Ishin's main theme of different identities, which in a way fits in really well with the fact that you've got cast from the other Yakuza games "playing" historical figures. I wouldn't say the story is great but it had some cool ideas.

I am not at all used to playing games this long. It's taken me over two months now. Almost to the end though, I'm in chapter 3 of the finale.
At the start I was considering 100%-ing the game, but now I know that's not going to happen. I think the only thing I'll actually complete are all the substories. I would get all the sidestories as well, but fuck doing all of Haruka's idol jobs.

Do we know for sure that Haruka ISN'T Kiryu's biological daughter? I don't think the games ever mention her date of birth, and she was born the calendar year after Kiryu went to prison, so it's possible that she was born within nine months of his imprisonment.
