Undertuned at the moment I think. He's meant to be a more "long range healer" but to actually heal someone you need to have LOS. Discord orb is okay though.
Squishy as fuck though unlike the rest of the supports and has no self healing but makes up for having better damage output so you can bounce balls on people's head like mad. Charges ult pretty fast because of that. Only real problem is fucking Tracers are always on your ass and there's always at least 1 or 2 every time.

It WAS better, but it slowly declined and completely died the instant it went F2P. Teamwork ceased completely overnight; I figured it'd be back to normal after a few weeks once the new people got used to the game but I was fucking wrong. Then it just became unsalvageable once valve started balancing for the newer players.
No matter how fucking bad Overwatch is when it comes out, it can't be as bad as TF2 is right now simply because it isn't F2P.
