I honestly wonder what goes through the mind of the devs when they decide to downgrade the quality of their games from the last one, Star Ocean 3 had a shit story, but gameplay wise was simply good and long too, Star Ocean 4 had a bad story too, gameplay wasn't as good as 3 but with little fix here and there it could be good, also many bad characters, only ones I liked were Meracle and that girl with great ass which name... I just forgot.
Now what I see with this one, seems like the gameplay was downgraded, I haven't seem much of the crafting and the whole world doesn't look very futuristic for a Star Ocean game.
