The Aura Kingdom private server /vg/ guild was like this.
Despite people not showing up for tower, the rest of the guild often going with sometimes half as many people as the other guilds running it with full groups, and everyone seemingly not putting a whole lot of effort in, we still cleared every floor usually minutes (sometimes a full 20 minutes to a half hour) before most of the other guilds. They were all nice dudes, too.
