I'm extremely inconsistent with my drawing routines, sometimes I draw everyday, sometimes I don't draw absolutely anything for months, forgetting what I've learned before.
I really want to
I can only afford pen and paper though. Can I still learn very effectively this way?

I can't draw, so I went into 3D modeling.
I actually am in the process of learning how to draw right now. My issue is, I'm not at a point where I can draw things from memory or anything original. I'm still using a source. But I am getting a lot better at contour drawing.
But I do draw. Just not that well.
