How's the game going, anon?
I have a ton of ideas for shit that'd be totally great
Like, I compose entire fucking soundtracks and draw monsters
But I have no programming knowledge so I'm basically fucked
Oh well. Here's a boss concept, and his battle theme: https://soundcloud.com/iwilldevouryourkittens/ghastly-guys
I haven't worked on it for too long. Been really lazy lately.

Anon, please just learn coding. Use a prebuilt engine if you want. It's much easier than you'd expect. Starting is always one of the hard parts.
quick question about ads in mobile games: do i get money only if someone clicks on them or do they just have to be seen?

You get payed for hosting them, rest is likely dependent on the type of ad. ie pop-up vs side banner

So slowly it's become a TTRPG
>Writing story and novel on side
>have writers block
Okay let's draw something
>artists block
Can we write things again then?
>sort of
>write rules
Christ what happened to me
I used to not be as afraid of failure
I made a video showing off a new feature in my game. Something called, "NPC interaction". Messing with friendly NPCs and all that.

I'll have a webm up when I figure out how to make one.

Pretty good. I have my physics library done. Wrapping up my networking library. Have a nice little gameplay prototype working, but want to do better on the code side first.

>not coding when you have writers and art block together

I'll have to experiment with unity or unreal
Want to make it 2d with swappable rails to explore a 3d world
I wonder if 2d sprite would clash to heavily with such a thing
just noticed this game on steam, i think whoever made it was once in one of these threads, because the main character and the style sure look familiar
