I don't think there is going to be a Sophie+.
In the past, they released Atelier games on the PS3 first... then port it over to Vita with extras as the Plus version later on.
But for Atelier Sophie... they released it on ps3, ps4 and vita at the same time so there's no reason to port it to vita since it's already on there.

A less open-ended gameplay structure (thanks to removing the time limit and the open goals) that takes away the replayability of the games and most of the fun, as well.
