It doesn't even need to be a big game, just a standard FPS with a little puzzle solving and RPG elements.
Levels could be you go to other worlds from the SGC, have some tasks to do like help the primitives with stuff, fight some Gould or whoever, go back to SGC, and have a plot line through the whole thing.
It's such an easy universe to make a game out of because it's already so fleshed out.
