The fast paced gameplay coupled with the huge skill ceiling that revolves heavily around mind games puts KI above the rest of the current fighting games that you win by basically out-jumping and out-blocking the oponent. At least they don't have infinite combos like Skullgirls.
The soundtrack is GOAT, the balance is near perfect. You can see how much the devs care about this game even tho it's made on a low budget.
