Played all of the Pokemon and I think Blaziken is the most 'honest' in the game. Sceptile has way too many attacks that let him go out and in safely without punishment really. Meanwhile, if you go in as Blaziken, you're staying in.
Also the fact that his aerial Y is completely random as to if it goes into a combo or not. If the timing of the strikes decides to fuck you over you lost your opening.
Meanwhile, Sceptile's weak aerial gives so much hitstun you can chain it into ridiculous combos.

Machamp is the worst "power" character in the game. He has no range game worth a shit if you know what you're doing. Charizard and Libre hit harder than he does with way better approach and Libre isn't even a power character.
Chandelure on the other hand might be the most OP one in the game behind Libre. Really low skill. All you need to do is spam the laser and any of the other ranged attacks it has. Add that to the zoning grab range it has and it becomes a waiting game.

Gardevoir is pretty hard to play, once you get past the projectiles which ain't hard all you have left is that counter which eventually just gets read and gets you grabbed it countered back
